My approach to coaching is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. As an endurance athlete, mother of twins, and someone who has navigated burnout and ADHD, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise health in the midst of real life.
Over the years I’ve completed multiple Ironman races, marathons and 70.3 events, alongside extensive training in movement, performance and health coaching. Today my work focuses on helping women build strong bodies, clear minds and sustainable health – without extremes or unrealistic expectations.
